Our Policies and Procedures
As a professional Training organisation, we ensure all staff understand and comply with all State and Federal Legislation including legislation relating to Occupational Health and Safety, Privacy, Anti-Discrimination, Workplace Harassment, Freedom of Information and the Vocational Education and Training, Apprenticeships and Traineeships legislation.
As a Registered Training Organisation, ITDS complies with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations detailed in the Australian Quality Training Framework.
ITDS recognises the AQF and Statements of Attainment issued by other RTO's and has a clear process for students to apply for recognition of prior learning.
ITDS values the diversity of its team, clients and communities and respects the rights of individuals and groups to operate in an environment free of discrimination.
Our Fees
We offer competitive rates on all courses offered. Pricing for training courses or services can be negotiated by phoning ITDS on 02 47324642 or emailing tbadior@bigpond.net.au
Invoices will be forwarded following training. A cancellation fee may be charged if a course is cancelled within 7 days.
Information regarding cancellation / withdrawal fees will be provided to each client prior to the scheduling of training.
